- Have SOME Product knowledge: *some Familiarity with various fashion styles, brands, and pricing of second-hand items or consignment process.
- Attention to detail: Capable of inspecting items for quality and accurately pricing consigned goods.
- GREAT Organizational skills: Able to manage inventory, maintain a tidy store, and handle consignment records.
- GREAT Communication skills: Effective in explaining consignment policies and negotiating with consignors and customers.
- Adaptability: Flexible in handling various tasks and dealing with diverse customer needs.
- Sales-driven: Motivated to meet sales targets and promote items effectively.
- Patient: Able to work calmly with customers or consignors who may be indecisive about parting with their Items or uncertain about a purchase
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Fashion-forward: Knowledgeable about current trends to better assist customers and price items.
